Susan Curran Hoyt

Susan Curran Hoyt is a member of Urban Roots’ Advisory Council.

Susan is the Executive Director of Care Management Coalition, and a member of the City of Buffalo Planning Board. She’s a founding member of the Buffalo Green Fund and was involved with the founding of Buffalo in Bloom.
