Richard Potwora

Richard Potwora. President of Protocall Services. He founded the Cottage District Block Club in the York Street, Little Summer area in 2006, and is a life long resident of Buffalo. Richard brought in an astounding number of new member-owners this year in his role on the Membership committee. He brings to Urban Roots experience with building a business, and a devotion to the neighborhood, evidenced through action.
