Member-Owner Veggies
We are pleased to feature vegetable plants you cannot find anywhere else, so here are some images of what our Member-Owners have grown.

Tomato images and recipe from Emili:

Here’s one of my favorite (and simple) recipes:
1. Slice the tomatoes horizontally.
2. Lay the slices flat on a pretty plate.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Sprinkle oregano over the slices.
5. Pour olive oil over the slices.
6. Refrigerate (for at least 1/2 hour) and serve.
We are all amazed by how tall the heirloom tomatoes can grow, and Mary and Rick sent us this funny image from their yard, “Attack of the Killer Tomatoes.”
