Elena Delgado

Elena E. Delgado Associate Pastor for Westminster Presbyterian Church. She is a member of the Rural migrant Ministry planning team, the executive committee for Conversations in Christ & Culture at Canisius College, VOICE-Buffalo, and Westminster Economic Development Initiative. She is fluent in Spanish. Elena brings to the Urban Roots board experience in volunteer administration, community development, and empowerment. Living in Orchard Park, she also hopes to bring more suburban shoppers to Urban Roots.
