Daniel Keefe

Daniel Keefe is an architect and urban planner with Watts Architecture & Engineering, PC.  His professional experience includes many large and small projects throughout Buffalo Niagara, with much of it involved in adaptive reuse and historic preservation. Most recent projects include Bistro Europa on Elmwood Avenue, and the reconstruction of Buffalo Public School #45 on Auburn Avenue. He moved to Buffalo from Syracuse in 1995, and completed his education at the University at Buffalo.
 
Dan owns his home near the corner of Ashland and Lexington, less than 1/3 mile from Urban Roots, with his wife, two small children, and several pets.  He has been busy renovating the 1880’s home from top to bottom for over five years, and has also personally redone all of the landscaping, including a water garden.  He is active in many community groups and volunteer activities, and has great enthusiasm for the revitalization of Buffalo.
