Living Christmas Trees!
A tree that you can enjoy this holiday season and for years to come, an alternative to hauling a brown, shedding cut tree to the curb!
We have ten varieties to choose from, including the silvery blue, long-needled Concolor Fir, the WNY native White Spruce and Fat Albert Blue Spruce, which is slow-growing and perfect for the small yard.
If space or location for an evergreen is an issue, Urban Roots has partnered again with Olmsted Parks, Grassroots Gardens and Buffalo Riverkeeper. We have donation forms so that you can designate which organization will receive the tree to plant this spring.

great idea. what is the price range of these trees.
I am a journalism student at Buffalo State. I also write for our Bengal News Website. This week, I am doing a video story. I was wondering is you’d be available to do a video informing people about the types of Christmas trees you have how they range in price and how to take care of them also. Thank you so much for spreading the word of living Christmas trees! 32 million trees are cut down each year and it just breaks my heart, so I decided to do something about it. Adopt A Christmas Tree has singing elves that deliver, collect and replant living Christmas trees (you can even keep your tree at no additional cost!) Our four types of trees get adopted throughout San Diego County and get a new life after Christmas!
I am looking forward to purchasing my first living tree this year, I love the idea. Reduce Re-use Recycle Buffalo!!!
